Caroline Koopford's short fiction has been published in Washington Square Review, New Ohio Review, and has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. She teaches college-credit writing at Thurston High School and creative writing at the University of Oregon. She lives in Eugene with her husband and two sons and is at work on her first novel, which she put off last year by running her first marathon.
