A Year in Bloom: Peony

The unmatched queen of the flowers. Peonies steal the show in any bouquet, and you’re sure to learn something new about these ancient beauties during this afternoon class. We’ll design with multiple flower forms and locally grown peony varietals. You’ll leave this class with a beautiful flower arrangement and knowledge about how to grow peonies as well as how to arrange them successfully.

Classes will be held at Marmo (217 W Cota St, Shelton, WA 98584). Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

A Year in Bloom is a program led by Megan Homewood from House Flowers. Every month, Megan will lead a class where you can explore each flower species through an immersive workshop, using unique varieties of locally grown blooms. Ample time to design with flowers of your choice. Floral history and cultivation tips. Arranging notes and design guidance.
