Beginner Weaving—a workshop with Molly Wheat Baker.

Learn the art of weaving and make a unique woven wall hanging for your home. In this class led by Molly Wheat Baker, you will be introduced to the weaving process, loom design and different weaving techniques suitable for a lap handloom.

What you get to take home:
- mini loom kit with a cardboard lap loom
- dowel to hang your textile
- enough yarn to complete your project
- instruction booklet

Molly Wheat Baker is an interdisciplinary artist living in the Pacific Northwest. She earned a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Arts degree from the University of Washington in 2011. And later began her career in education in 2018 while earning a Masters in Teaching. Molly’s works include fiber arts, mural paintings, small paintings, acting, and installations.  Her work generally focuses on the natural world.
