What is the average shipping time?

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us by email at info@marmogallery.com to initiate a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@marmogallery.com with a description and photo of the damage. We’ll either send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund. We want you to be completely happy with your experience.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you would like to place an international order, please email us at info@marmogallery.com — we’ll do our best to assist you.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available at our shop in Shelton, Washington. Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
